The Bay Willows Inn - Middletown

The rooms are well heated and exceptionally clean, equipped with an iron and fridge. the inn is located in a comfortable area in Middletown, convenient for exploring downtown, Rhode Island, Newport, and the nearby beaches.

Not enough towels. Ants everywhere. When leaving I mentioned to the front desk with little reaction

There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave in my a double room. The fairly friendly and extremely friendly staff truly made me feel welcome. The location was magnificent yet it was not very far from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

As for me, the area was very expensive.

The room is well heated. the staff is very nice and really good. - the location is marvelous, really close to the beach, cliff walk, mansions, and near Newport and restaurants. - Take a look at Newport Vineyards, set at a moderate distance from the venue. - Thank you for an excellent stay.

I was very disappointed at the hotel. The hotel is not worth the price. The bathroom only had a shower which was very small and the whole place needs to be remodeled!

I think they where having a pot party in the next room. Lots of noise until 4:00 in the AM

The room was a good size and had a mini-fridge and a microwave, which was super convenient! 🍿 Loved having those amenities available.

Room was musty (damp) and bed was very uncomfortable.

The free parking was on site, great service. Our a double room included central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave. The staff were very, very nice, did everything, and we felt safe.

Last time we stayed here, we had a perfectly clean and roomy space with a sofa bed.

It was located close to vacation activities and was one of the lowest priced in the area

The building was old and tired, it was shabby but passably clean ,basically a place to sleep and shower. The beds were very hard therefore uncomfortable to me. The maintenance crew and whoever cleaned should have paid more attention. They left a bag of trash in our room and the fridge had so much ice the door wouldn't close. We ended up defrosting it ourselves.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially when they gave explicit instructions for check-in and even provided a welcome gift upon check-out. The location of the hotel is also a major plus, being close to the beautiful beaches and only a short drive to the bustling town of Newport.

I liked the comfort, budget prices and the decor of the room.

I did not like the exterior of the hotel-it could use some paint, updating.

For the price it was very good on a busy weekend and on a limited budget. The cleanliness was fine only problem the beds in the room I got were a bit uncomfortable and the shower handle was hard to turn on and off. The location was good, it was not too far away from downtown but faraway where congestion was not an issue.

The bed I had got needed a new mattress and pillows, also the shower handle worked extreley hard/
